so true, and not having the right demonbolt in your cycle will just "butcher" your dps, it can be the difference of your crit's avg dmg doing 250k+ dmg and doing 40kish dps or 160k+ dmg doing 30kish dps depending on gear, it is very rng and i assume thats blizz' point with demonbolt.

Well Crit has the same value as Multistrike if you only take demonbolt into account. So you might get unlucky with crits and fill that void with multistrikes. However, Multistrike % increases fast with gear so probably at T18 we'll hit the average there.
