[A] <Edge of Insanity> on Bloodhoof is recruiting for Mythic Raiding (7/7H, 2/7M)

<Edge of Insanity> is a well established, competitive raiding guild, currently #1 on the Bloodhoof server, looking to recruit exceptional players to bolster our Mythic team ranks. We need YOU to help us continue our progression through Highmaul and into Blackrock Foundry and beyond! If you believe you have what it takes to tackle Mythic content at a high level, or if your current guild is holding you back from being the best that you can be, follow the information below and apply for a raiding spot with us. Every applicant, if accepted, will be given a VERY fair shot through heroic/mythic raiding to show what they have to us and prove they deserve to be a steady Mythic raider.
Current Progression
Edge of Insanity is currently 7/7 Heroic and 2/7 Mythic and clearing all downed bosses on a weekly basis.
Raiding Schedule
Tuesday - 8:30 pm - 11:30 pm
Wednesday - 8:30 pm - 11:30 pm
Thursday - 8:30 pm - 11:30 pm
(Normal and Alt raids are completely optional and done on off nights)
Current Needs
Every Class and Every Spec!! - While we currently have an active raiding team, we are always looking to improve. Any player who believes they can or should be in our Mythic raids is welcome to apply and will be given their shot at proving it.
What we expect from our applicants and raiders
When applying with Edge of Insanity, we do NOT require you top damage/healing meters. We realize gear may be an issue and therefore is holding you back to your full potential. That being said, you should still strive to do as much as you possibly can with whatever you're working with. What we DO expect, however, is that you have GREAT raid awareness, that you can follow directions and strategies well, and that you have an awesome attitude towards not only the other people in the guild, but towards progression raiding in and of itself. These are the primary attributes an applicant is judged on. Potential is key! Impress us!! Show us you are a Mythic raider in every aspect of the phrase!
While in an applicant phase or once you make our Mythic team, we expect all raiders to be prepared!! This means being online for raids 30 minutes before it begins, having all your proper potions, flasks, and buff foods available, having all your gear gemmed and enchanted ahead of time, and finally, KNOWING THE FIGHTS. We follow the "6 P's" and expect you to as well (Proper Preparation Prevents Piss Poor Performance)! Beyond this, we expect all raiders to know their class inside and out. You should be pushing your limits at all times and getting every bit possible out of yourself. Improvement should NEVER stop and we expect raiders to constantly address their issues. If you make mistakes, we expect you to take responsibility and fix it. No one is perfect, but we expect you to strive to be!!
As mentioned above, EoI is a competitive guild and therefore EVERY raid spot is up for grabs. This goes for new recruits as well established veterans. We WILL take with us the best 20 raiders into Mythics to try and ensure our victory. Bring your 'A' game every night and you will be rewarded accordingly!
What you can expect from EoI
When joining EoI, you can expect to have laid back, fun, and sometimes offensive place to call home! While we get down to business when it's appropriate, we can also goof off and have a good time when the mood is lighter. We have a leadership dedicated to progression and will always put the needs of the guild before the needs of any individual. Guild repairs will be active for all raid nights to help alleviate any financial burden. And finally, we offer guidance to help those who want to improve. We have some of the best players on the Bloodhoof server in this guild and every single one of them is willing to teach and help each other to bring out our full potential. Asking questions and looking for help is NEVER out of the question here.
Edge of Insanity has a long history on Bloodhoof and we want to continue the tradition of excellence for the foreseeable future. The leadership here believes in what we have and is willing to bend over backwards (or forwards if necessary) to make sure it thrives. This is a guild you can be a part of and put your mark on.
