Delusional - Sargeras - Adult Only (18+) Raiding guild. We have 2 Mythic teams that raid on separate schedules

Need raiders that can commit to a 2 day weekend raid schedule

Our raid leader(s) and officers have extensive raiding and leadership experience on various toons over the last 9+ years of raiding together. We strive to maintain a relaxed, fun, and drama free raid environment while keeping progression in mind.

Most (if not all) of the current members on our raid teams are in the age range of 21 to 45 and have past and/or current HM raiding experience.
We expect any future members to have the same understanding of the amount of effort it takes in order to progress through HM content. While we aren't competing for world or server firsts, we are expecting to progress as quickly as we can through Mythic content in WoD.

Raid Days:

Weekend Team: - 1/7 Mythic with 7/7 Heroic & 7/7 Normal completed

Saturday & Sunday 7pm - 10pm CST

High Need for players that can commit to a weekend raid schedule and maintain high raid attendance:

ONE full time healer needed (having a dps off spec would be optimal):

Resto Shaman
Mistweaver

- Extra raid day will only be added with advanced notice and only if the majority of the team approves it
- Raid will not extend longer than 15 minutes and only if we feel it's needed
- We never schedule raids over most US Holidays unless the majority of the team is available and decides they want to raid.

We are looking for players that can meet our requirements below (having previous heroic/Mythic raid experience is a plus):

[li]Raid awareness (don't stand in bad, stack when called for, etc)[/li][li]Know your class/spec and where to go for research[/li][li]Research boss fights[/li][li]Ability to listen to and understand instructions given[/li][li]Stable Internet Connection[/li][li]Be able to take constructive criticism (always handled privately and in a mature manner)[/li][li]Mumble[/li][li]Working headset or speakers (mic not required, but a way of listening is a must)[/li][li]Maintain high raid attendance[/li]
