The flames move in a very specific pattern, basically each weapon placed spawns a couple of curved lines of fires with spaces in them, which rotate counterclockwise. Relative to the weapons, there are spots where you can basically stand completely still, though it requires a TON of movement to always be placed in those areas, so our raid just stood outside the circle where the fire is pretty much always easy to dodge anyway. A single stack of blaze is no big deal anyway if you get locked in.
