Out of combqat use for arcane charges make it much more interesting for arcane?

I sort of feel like the charges will go to waste, I wish they would incorporate even a minor use for burning them before they rot.

Similar to the rogues SND or recoup, perhaps some unique niche option for mages to run a buff with charges (Potency tied to the # of charges) where u will be leaving combat for a while.

Thoughts?

Something that let you consume your charges for healing would be very welcome.
SnD wouldn't, that's something rogues are expected to upkeep during combat as well as outside of it. Maybe if it were a talent to replace RoP

Should be able to consume them for a movement speed buff.
