Best profession items to sell in 6.1?

So I have several professions across all characters and have yet to sell a single craft item since release so I'm wondering if I should craft items and sell them now, or wait until 6.1 for the 680 upgrade items?

I only just got the barn so I'll have a limited supply of bloods, so I must craft the most profitable token (Which I presume will be Inscription.), I have about 800 taladite crystals, 200 paints, 200 hexweave, 100 ingots.

What should I do? I already feel as if I missed out on a lot of gold since release..

Well, bloods will drop in price by a lot, while the avaliability of war paints, hexweave, truesteel, etc increase.

I'd reccomend selling now while profits will be higher.

Of course, this is all just my speculation.
