Been Waiting a Long Time For This (25 man) - Solo

Any suggestions on how to solo this? I've been trying the army method, but that's the only strat I've seen. I've tried summoning during the third ghoul pack all the way up to 7 packs. I have been successful at getting the necrotic plague going with summoning during the third pack, but the ghouls don't live long enough with only 3 packs for the necrotic plague to stack to 30. During the fourth pack it sometimes works, but the ghouls once again die before the stack gets to 30. I haven't been successful of getting any stacks going past that (army usually doesn't get to LK before dieing).
