Enhacnemnt Shaman The New Alchemy trinket 6.1

How good do you guys feel it is and is it worth crafting? Its 680 fully upgraded and agility proc with baseline versatility. I imagine it has a 55 second internal cool down.

When I simmed with the version of the trinket on Live Wowhead (http://www.wowhead.com/item=122604/stone-of-fire)--keep in mind, this one only has the proc, no static stats--Alch Trinket+Heroic Beating Heart was on superior to Heroic Dragonspine+Heroic Beating Heart. I imagine that when you add the static stats in, it will be better than any Heroic BRF trinket, probably just a bit below Mythic BRF. And that's even after the switch from mastery to versatility.
