Tier piece itemization

If we're going affliction/destro should we put demonology as our itemization before looting tier pieces? Mastery is still very good for both specs even though behind on aff instead of haste by a tiny bit but its still the most flexible... thoughts?

The tier pieces have the same stats no matter what spec you are.

Secondary stats don't change by spec, only primary stats. As only intellect appears on cloth, changing specs does nothing. The set bonus on tier items changes per spec though, so there's that, but it's set to your current spec, not your loot spec.
