Gaming tics/random OCDs whilst gaming.

Anybody else found themselves suffering from this? No matter what game I play, maybe with the exception of Hearthstone or other 'mouse only' games, I spam caps lock, incredibly fast, for no reason. I'll raid on WoW and whilst I'm bouncing around healing, I'll simultaneously be smashing my caps lock key over and over again.

Anybody else have something similar? Anybody know why?

Oh you can tell Hydra is a hit with the ladies.

But yeah when I was bored I'd sometimes mash my shift key a few times it just took force of mind to stop it.

Ýou're supposed to spam the shit out of your keys in WoW most of the time.

Yeah but caps lock isn't bound to anything I'm literally mashing it with my little finger whilst I'm raid healing. I'll sometimes find myself mashing it a few times after typing on Facebook or something similar, you know, not a game.

What if I told you I spam both caps lock and space whilst raid healing?

I find myself constantly tapping ''C'' to check my character... I have tried having other things bound to C but I keep using them and times where I don't mean to because I just can't help it but press to look at my char...

The worst part is that the "jumping addiction" is contagious. I never did that at all, then started playing WoW and saw all the other guys jumping around like crazy. Didnt take long for me to join them, just because...

i have to clear out every single room in open sandbox type worlds.

Lots of running around and jumping.

Garrison buildings have fairly specific plot locations, I have to do things in certain orders when they're in my control (frigging tanks going up the right hand side at the end of Skyreach do my nut in).

I also spam click/highlight text when reading forums.

I have very specific bag management too, that probably makes little sense to others

Edit: I've actually thought of something I do. I spam press escape during the countdown of a boss pull for some reason, I think to ensure I've not got any windows open (which is silly because I could see it if I did...) and then I re-target the boss. Why do I do that? I'm so weird.

I'm not near as bad as that, but I definitely lick my lips a lot when I'm fully engaged in something, like a teamfight in DotA or executing fights at the same time on different areas of the map in SC2.
