BRF HC Blast Furnace tips and tricks

So, we tried our luck on Blast Furnace tonight after kill off Kromog.
But it seems like Blast Furnace is pretty darn hard compared to the other bosses so far (7/10 down atm).

Anyone who can share experiences or tips and tricks for this boss?

The obvious one is mind control a Guard and use the DMG increase buff in P2, but other than that, I can't think of any "tricks" for this encounter.
How do you guys do this fight on Heroic? Normal is pretty easy, so your experience from there, doesn't really help much, imo.

May depend on your gear level. We didn't mind control anything; we had the bellows operators as top priority with assigned people to collect the bombs and use them (tell people not to use them at the same time as someone else). After that we went onto the boss and cleaved adds. Don't go into the second phase with bellows operators on high health; preferably they shouldn't even be up. If this will happen, delay killing the boss.

Phase 2 just needs people to interrupt flamecallers, run out with debuff of much fire and drag an elemental on top of the primalist being attacked when fixated (may need to be a named fixate as there can be several after a while).

Phase 3 and positioning is really important; you need to try and kite the boss around the outer edge of the room and burn him quickly. Lots of cooldowns needed; same deal with running out so you don't blow people up.

Our kill, I made some Weakauras for Melt and Volatile Fire to help people not fail them.

P1 we burned miniboss until 30s on bellows spawn then split to the sides, place the mob that spawns the clusters near the door so hunters can do all 3 while deterrence is up and take minimal damage.

P2 almost everyone stacked on the elementalist, no MC iirc, volatile fire people moved out and fixated people stayed on the mob so it would be cleaved incase our dps wasn't enough for 1 shield opening on the mobs. Each time a Security Guard spawned we would tank it away from the elementalist until he dropped a shield then stacked him up for cleave, since the CD of that shield is long enough to kill him before he does it again.

P3 group stood about 15 yards away from back left corner from the start of the room, if you got the melt debuff you ran into a corner/used a personal and stacked it on an existing one, then ran back to the group. We only went 1/3 of the room this way and that was with someone screwing up and costing us about 20 yards worth of space.

The way we did it was to have everyone on 1 side focusing down the Bellows together with the engineers and foreman feldspark. We ran with 3 tanks, having 2 tanks pick up all the guards together and killing off 1 or 2, the last tank was used for stacking engineers near the bellows, and tanking Feldspark.

This seemed to be working out well enough to make it to Phase 2 within reasonable time, we also never had any Bellow Operators in Phase 2. However, what we do have is around 7 or 8 Guards and maybe 1 or 2 engineers, which we basically just stack up, and aoe down.

Anyone else with any experience doing 1 side at a time?
