Iridium is a raiding community on Tarren Mill EU.
About us:
Iridium is a multi-national gaming community focused on endgame PvE; most of our raiders are from Europe.
Recruitment status:
Tank spot: Pala/Monk/DK
Several DPS spots: Lock/DK/Priest/Boomkin/Shaman/Mage
Healer spot: Shaman/Monk
We will consider all exceptional applicants! Do not hesitate to apply if you think you can outperform 1 of our current players.

Wednesday - 20.00 to 00.00
Thursday - 20.00 to 00.00
Sunday - 20.00 to 00.00
Server times (UK+ 1 hour)

What are looking for?
• We want team players. That means if you can’t make sacrifices for the team we do not want you to join us.
• We have an age restriction of 18 years old. We feel people under that are emotionally too unstable under pressure. Exceptions might be made if the applicant is exceptional.
• Close to 100 % attendance.
• You have consumables ready for every encounter; flasks, best possible food (during progress) and potions.
• You are able to behave maturely when giving or receiving criticism, whatever it may be for.
• You have full knowledge of your class. You are capable of playing all your specs close to the level of your mainspec should your offspec be required for progress.
• Players that communicate well and look for ideas how to improve, we do not want people who only tunnel DPS.
• High-end PvE Experience. It must not come to a shock to you how progress works.
• Having a working microphone and being able to express yourself in proper English.
• You are always in front of the instance before raid starts and on Teamspeak. (we don’t need to contact you in any way in order for you to log on for raid).
Loot method
We use a loot council for loot distribution, and will be handed out to people based on performance, rank and current item.
As a general rule raiders have priority over trials, but we don't fully exclude trials from loot either. Exceptions to the rule can sometimes be made for the good of the guild.
