Didn't the Italian courts also arrest a weatherman because people died in an earthquake? Despite the fact that earthquakes aren't meteorological phenomenon. Frankly, anything decided in an Italian court regarding science is really eye-rolling.

Well, what do you expect when this is the same nation that (as pointed out above) put scientists on trial for not predicting an earthquake? It's a circus.

I do like that this shows that the left is just as influenced by shit science (anti-GMO and anti-Vaccine people) as the Right is on climate science.

Well...the Romans? Or are we only counting modern Italy?

So an italian court is now qualified to judge on science? Sheesh...

Remember a year or so ago when they charged earthquake scientists for not predicting an earthquake.

I'm actually really surprised the MMOC is so pro-vaccine. Maybe there is hope, after all.

It's not like reasonable Italians are happy with it either, most younger/educated Italians I've met absolutely hate the way the country is run.

Romans were not Italians. They were Romans
They just lived (roughly) in the same area. The people and the culture are vastly different. Also different religious influences after the Roman empire.

Italy is considered a flawed democracy. It's not the worst country out there but it's not the best either.

    Please, let it be known.

Since when did the court become scientists? Where is the proof?

You do realize you are the only one tossing around stereotypes? In your sarcasm, you are bashing Italy, instead of what everyone else is doing, in bashing their court system.
