I would be very much shocked if they don't unveil Fallout 4, the game was already scheduled for announcement last year (the morse code gimmick) but for some reason they just let that die and never announced it.

I am like 99% sure that every "leak" you have seen on F4 up to this point is some third party messing with you, morse code gimmick included. Only credible thing was three dog saying he is not unemployed thanks to bethesda, so he might be doing *something* and it might be Fallout 4.

So end of the E3 conference will be the Fallout 4 reveal, assuming this article is correct. Makes sense.
