I led as a Balance druid for years. I did it as a healer alt but my play suffered massively because of it. Was staring at Grid more than the battlefield.

Been leading as a Tank since MoP, since we lack tanks. It sucks though, used to RL as a healer, much better overview of stuff.

My last RL was a tank, the one before that a healer...
Currently I'm not on a team...
Can't seem to find one that fits me, Gonna try out for this one guild I'm in right now though

No but seriously our leader is a healer. He's pretty good I guess partly because as a healer he has a good grasp on everyones stats and therefor can foresee emergencies before they happen (and hopefully prevent).
Well if he's not afk that is.

I tank and RL. It strikes me as easier to call choreography when I'm already watching boss ability timers for mitigation.
