Father straps one-month-old son to car steering wheel ( Video )

The Taiwan motorist lashed his newborn to the wheel frame and only freed the baby when it started to cry.
A woman can be heard giggling throughout the video.

If this is not childabuse then i am peter pan.
Do you guys think this is funny or abuse?

Child abuse? Oh please.. Yeah, it's not a shining beacon of brightness to do this, but I'd hardly call it "abuse".

I mean, it's hard to say if the car was actually driving or not.

Well, when I read the description it sounded like the car was moving, which the video shows is unlikely.

With that in mind, I don't really see the problem. Dad did something mildly amusing, stopped when baby started to display discomfort. Where's the problem?

I guess it depends on if the car was standing still or not.

And we can't tell by the video.

Seems like it was done in fun, then stopped when the baby was upset. Morons need to learn that the internet is not a place to post stuff like this though.

The car seemed still also looking at a baby instead of the road while in movement is worse than texting.

Yes ok for protection but not to the freaking steer lol
And yes it was done for fun but those parents really need some
    child raising education.

That is done because the kid loves it. This is a different case. Abuse comes in many forms. Maybe i picked the wrong word but this is definitely NOT oke in my point of vieuw.

Better the steering wheel than the actual wheels.

Good thing we can easily disregard POVs.

If the car isn't moving, whatever, the guy stopped when the kid started crying so he's alright in my book. People want to label everything that causes any amount of discomfort as abuse or trauma, lay off.
