I've been using a Logitech G600 for about a year (upgraded from a G400 after ~2 years because I wanted more buttons on the side) and I'd recommend it to anyone who plays MMOS. The G400 is also wonderful if you don't want all those buttons under your thumb.
Also pretty neat to play Diablo with one hand and eat/drink with the other. :P
