A little help would be greatly appreciated.

I recently switched to Holy for the guild and seem to struggle somewhat.

    My character is: http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/characte...seina/advanced

While on fights like Oregorger and Kromog I seem to do ok ish

    Oregorger Log: https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports...ealing&fight=7
    Kromog: https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports...aling&fight=31

Fights like operator and Maidens are more of a struggle

    Operator Logs: https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports...aling&fight=17
    Maidens Logs: https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports...aling&fight=20

(I wont even count Hans & Franz because I get this wierd bug where my fps drops to 2 or 3 fps).

I keep trying out new methods, spamming like crazy and still dont seem to get anywhere close to what I see similar geared holy priests get (50-60k, how the hell?)

Switched mains from DK to priest, so not massivley experienced at holy.

Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I'm only commenting on Kromog as on that fight, you should top other healers with Twists of fate:

You cast Solace twice -> go mindbender for mana regen and use it on cooldown

Prayer of Healing is your top spell - it shouldn't be. You seem to use it on every damage spike. What you should do it use Circle of Healing on cooldown (you aren't) and reduce it's cooldown with lot's of renew spam (you aren't as you only used 67 casts). Try to use PoH only with serendipity procs or in really desperate situations where one group needs to get up soon.

Use prayer of mending on cooldown (I see only 3 casts, but together with the free casts from WoM healed for about 10%)

Don't feel bad about not healing a lot in maidens: you are there to heal the execution phase and throw some tank heals during the other phases.

Iron Maidens is a terrible fight for Holy in all but the final phase, to the point where you can spend some time smiting in red chakra and probably be more useful depending on the healing comp. Saving Grace is also decent for this fight if you have raid members who stand in the bad.
