It's not black or jewish, so no one cares.
Nice murder.
But soon after Mr Xi secured a third term, Apple released a new version of the feature in China, limiting its scope. Now Chinese users of iPhones and other Apple devices are restricted to a 10-minute window when receiving files from people who are not listed as a contact. After 10 minutes, users can only receive files from contacts.
Apple did not explain why the update was first introduced in China, but over the years, the tech giant has been criticised for appeasing Beijing.
Yeah I just knew this video was going to hit this site.... for once, it's a hands-down no ifs and or buts murder. Completely uncalled for and unfortunate.
Just to make sure, in case it isn't obvious for someone..... I played on the bitter sarcasm from Maher with the thread title..
I too see this as a case of cold blooded murder, execution style.
I'm aware, that the legal situation likely disagrees.. something fleeing suspect, something use of deadly force yadda yadda....
Police guidelines, laws and rules need an overhaul, a drastic one.

Betting the "jury" will find him not guilty, as per usual, because they are told to do so by government agents who want to keep the police clear of bad vibes at least at an official level.
Cops, just like soldiers, stick out for eachother. Even when there are bad apples that are known by the others, no one says jackshit because he doesn't want to appear as a snitch and be ostracized, so even those who would want to report bad apples just stfu and swallow it.

If you look closely, his skin color quickly transformed black, and he turned intoa football charging demon hulk hogan.
Looked like he turned around and motioned like he was pulling a gun? Too bad for the Darwin award recipient.

It's just a matter of interpretation, once again..The use of deadly force to prevent the escape of all felony suspects, whatever the circumstances, is constitutionally unreasonable. It is not better that all felony suspects die than that they escape. Where the suspect poses no immediate threat to the officer and no threat to others, the harm resulting from failing to apprehend him does not justify the use of deadly force to do so. It is no doubt unfortunate when a suspect who is in sight escapes, but the fact that the police arrive a little late or are a little slower afoot does not always justify killing the suspect. A police officer may not seize an unarmed, nondangerous suspect by shooting him dead. The Tennessee statute is unconstitutional insofar as it authorizes the use of deadly force against such fleeing suspects.
It is not, however, unconstitutional on its face. Where the officer has probable cause to believe that the suspect poses a threat of serious physical harm, either to the officer or to others, it is not constitutionally unreasonable to prevent escape by using deadly force. Thus, if the suspect threatens the officer with a weapon or there is probable cause to believe that he has committed a crime involving the infliction or threatened infliction of serious physical harm, deadly force may be used if necessary to prevent escape, and if, where [471 U.S. 1, 12] feasible, some warning has been given. As applied in such circumstances, the Tennessee statute would pass constitutional muster.
He might be a felon... he posed a threat (throwing around stone pebbles) ..
