they don't have TV Spot 3 uploaded.

How come all the "named" orcs seem to have symmetrical teeth, while all the no-names seem to have the teeth thrown into their mouths? (Especially the two at 0:29 in the latest trailer).

If you'll notice, the ones with the messed up teeth are also green. It's possible the
filmmakers had that happen to some of the orcs now, rather than when they turn
red.

I'm really scared that this marketing team is going to make this movie fail financially, luckily we have China.

This movie already has to fight the stigma that it's a video game movie, it doesn't need crap marketing on it as well. I kinda wish (although it's not his job) Duncan was in charge of the marketing.

Seriously, why are they releasing 3 tv-spots in a row before a 2nd trailer? What are they going to show in the 2nd trailer because I hope they don't spoil too much.

At this point, I just think it's funny how oblivious they are when it comes to marketing, easily the biggest film of the year, probably more than Rogue one is coming out this week and they don't intent on linking theater advertisement with it, they just keep releasing TV spots randomly. It's a streight up mess, and it makes me feel bad for Duncan because he knows it too, but can't do shit about it. China save us, we want dem sequels.

I wouldn't be too worried about the marketing. In the end, it's a movie about Warcraft. There's enough controversy about the subject so I'm pretty sure that it will be noticed. And if the movie is good, the word will pick up and people will see it.

He's talking about BvS not Warcraft, and if you think it's not the biggest film of the year then I don't know what to say to you... maybe Captain America will match it but nothing else will come close...

I kinda like that the Draenic Dark Portal is lovingly crafted and beautiful (aside from
the sacrifice cages lining it,) while the Azerothian portal is kinda halfheartedly cobbled
together.

Have you seen the movie already (wheter you mean Bvs or Warcraft)? No? So I guess you can't judge in that way.
We still don't know if it's gonna be a big movie or not. The ComicCon footage made me think at a really big-scale movie, while the teaser trailer was like "here a summer pop-corn flick".

I'm not saying you couldn't be right, but at least give the movie the benefit of the doubt. It's a Warcraft movie, whether you like the spots or not, so it COULD be a big movie or the biggest of the year, potentially.

Remember that, if it weren't for Star Wars, Jurassic World would have been the movie of the last year, and I remember people in the forum saying thigns like "It's gonna bomb" or "Looks corny and cheap". I'm not talking about the final quality of Jurassic World (I liked it, but I can understand criticism), but about the whole bashing to a movie that hasn't even come out.

So no, as far as I'm concern, I don't eat steamy turd right of a plate if they handed it to me. I just wait to see the whole movie and not 4-5 minute of it, before judging and completely denying the chance for this film to be the biggest of the year.

Because the international box office is just as often if not more important than the national, and when it comes to epic spectacle films, China is going to be your biggest source of foreign revenue (Avatar and Pacific Rim are THE perfect examples of this).

He didn't say one country would make the movie a success, what Shampro was saying was that if it was a success in China - the largest source of foreign revenue for these kind of movies - the chances of a sequel happening would increase.

If your reading comprehension wasn't a bit lacking you would have got:

1) He was talking about BvS, not Warcraft. You picked, put in bold and over-widened the part you cared while hilariously ignoring the line that would have made you get that;

2) It's not a lack of faith in the movie as much a lack of faith in the marketing.

Im 30+ and im going to love it because i have the ability to enjoy things i like to the fullest without caring about what anyone else think.
I pity anyone who cant do that
