I collected 6 OW 4 diferent chars(so 24 OW) with a lvl100 follower and only got 1 Savage Blood per char. Used to have 2-3 before patch.
Nerfed or just bad luck?

(I placed all OW on Wednesday).

There is a known bug that Blizzard is looking into where follower bonuses are not being correctly applied to WO buildings. I think it's something to do with the new change in how follower bonuses are checked during the work order to ensure that a follower is constantly in the building.

Give it another week and see if the same issues persists.

Also SB production seems to be a lot easier with traders. Interestingly enough, you can get alts to do the daily for 25 p.spirits each (just need to send the mats).
