    Help my ele dps please.

Hey, i feel like im starting to get the hang of ele dps, but still underperforming for my gear.

    im 676 ilvl http://us.battle.net/wow/en/characte...lfurian/simple (armory)

and only pulling about 25k on movement fights that are single or two targets. 29k for ST like butcher.
My burst damage barely reaches over ~45k and when i look at logs, i see people pushing the 80s... which i don't understand because all there is to it is spamming LvB with ascendance and pots etc. Can't understand what im doing so wrong...

Here is a butcher log, https://www.warcraftlogs.com/reports...-done&source=4
    others available through their too..

    Thanks a lot!

I'm by no means an expert, but I'll give you some basic stuff.

You're low for your ilvl because you're really poorly itemized. For instance, I'm at 666 ilvl and I sim at 30k, while you're 676 simming at 32k. You need to pick up more Multistrike. It is too important. While there are benefits to picking up a 670/680 over a 655/665, you want to make sure you are properly itemized. Give up the 10 int if you're gonna lose 150 Multistrike on a helm, etc. This will help you get a higher burst as well.

This is my ele: http://us.battle.net/wow/en/characte...vicious/simple I'm 10 ilvl behind you but I've got 12% more multistrike than you and I burst at ~75/80 (w/ lust).

So, basically, you're not far off your Sim DPS, but you're so poorly itemized that your sim DPS is low. (680 BiS sims at 40k).

Edit: This all makes perfect sense since your main spec is resto. Once you get some new ele specific gear (haste/multi, or crit/multi) you'll be much better off.
