Looking for 6.1 Food and Augment Rune Tracking Addon!

Hey guys,

As the title says - i'm looking for a 6.1 up to date addon that supports quickly monitoring +125 stat buff food and augment runes on all players in a Mythic raid. I've googled multiple times and the main addons that are popping up on Curse are either out of date or very clunky.

Something simple that could be quickly checked before doing a pull timer every attempt would be ideal.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
