Legendary ring nerfed for pvp

I will still use it all the time as blood because of two of the best three stats combination
My quiestion is all PvE gear above 680 iL scales down to 680? Or just by 5 iL only?
Got mythic gloves 685 iL, it scaled to 680 on Skirmish, so just wondering about 695 iL items, thanks

all PvE items above 680 scale to 680 now in PvP that was hotfix change maded somewhere at previous month

Nah, PvP should be a pure skill match up. Gear shouldn't factor into it at all
That said, it's hard to care right now anyway. The game is so class / comp based right now, it's difficult to take seriously.

I agree and say away with all gear in PvP alltogether. Just some transmogs to show off in the city while idling.
