If you have one on-use trinket, sync it as much as possible with powerful cooldowns (avatar/recklessness).

If you have 2 on-use trinkets, you cannot use them both at the same time, so you will have to stagger them. Generally you do not want 2 on-use trinkets unless you have no other option.
