harmony snapshot?

shouldn't all snapshots be gone by now? just noticed that the HoTs on rDruid snapshot with the harmony buff, harmony shouldnt be down anyway, but if you cast a reju without the harmony buff and after cast a heal on the target the reju stays "weak".. :\

yes it does.... with the harmony buff, just tryed it, and it does

Either a) You're testing incorrectly or b) You're character is bugged

But Harmony does not and should not snapshot.

I don't know if its just a tool-tip error but I just tried it and it "seems" it doesn't snapshot. I cast a rejuvenation on myself with no Harmony up. I then followed that with a Regrowth on myself which put up Harmony. Once I did this, I hovered over the Rejuv buff and the healing # that showed in the tool-tip was unchanged from the numbers on the tool-tip before Harmony was up. Not sure if this is an actual bug or just a tool-tip display error.
