Dash speed increase remains effective outside of cat form. Intended? Bug?

This is clearly a bug in the game and should be fixed.

Noticed this aswell.

I don´t know what it could hurt though, other than boomkins can run around and spread dots faster.
I´m not a big PVP´er, so don´t know how much this effects things - but I like it in PVE

It's a side effect of how they fixed the dash bug from 6.0.3 where if you shifted out and back into cat form you ran like 30% slower than you should.

I think they should just embrace it and allow dash to be cast in any form and not force you into cat.

Mainly for resto druids but that's a neat macro for an off the global sprint. It's actually amazing in some situations when blink is on cooldown
