No, I am saying that the logic used by people that think that, is faulty. Cops are people, people are biased. There are many reasons why crime rates are the way they are, but none of them are purely because someone is a certain "race".

He didn't say that though, as least not anywhere I can see. Black people in the US commit more crimes, that's just a statistical fact. There are many reasons, none of which as far as we know have anything to do with their genetic heritage, but that doesn't make it less true.
