I don't quite know why but in my garrison, the fountain in the center, if I'm in the general vicinity of it, causes my graphics card to run hotter than usual. While I'm inside the mine or messing around near the garrison profession buildings, the temps are fine, but it spikes up around that fountain and I don't quite know why.
Does this happen for anyone else?

I have had nothing but crazy fps drops since 6.1. I have a 4770k with sli titan black SC. Before 6.1 ran 60fps all the time.

Have you tried to change water effect quality from options to see if it makes difference?

I've not noticed any difference on either of my systems (4770k/780ti desktop, A10-7300 laptop).
