Yes. It's a finisher move so it will use anticipation combo points unless you're talking about if it will also consume anticipation combo points in combination with your regular combo points, in which case it won't. Finishers will always consume up to 5 combo points at a time.
Honestly though, you could have tested this out yourself. Unless you don't have a rogue at lvl 90+.
Anticipation works by granting you more combo points equal to the number of stacks you have when you use a damaging finisher.
So say you have 5 combo points and 5 anticipation. Your eviscerate will use the 5 combo points, then your anticipation stacks will give you 5 combo points afterwards.
Say you have 5 anticipation and 2 combo points. Your eviscerate will use 2 combo points and anticipation will give you 5 more afterwards.
And to emphasize, offensive finishing moves convert your Anticipation to combo points.
Offensive finishers are all except Slice and Dice and Recuperation.
(Kidney shot is an offensive, non damaging, finisher. And thus also converts Anticipation to combo points)
