Really confused about getting heroic BRF cache

When it resets I want to be sure I get it, but I have no idea how to ensure I do. I have way more than 21 normal kills, however many were before 6.1 and some were loot less kills I did trying to up my number for the cache. Missions of interest on Master Planner shows mythic high maul cache but still a normal BRF cache, does that mean I am still due to get a normal cache next time?

All my followers are maxed ilvl, I've killed black hand if that matters and I have zero need to run normals unless for some reason I need to for the cache, otherwise I would just run heroic which is where the loot I need is.

Your Missions of Interest tab should actually be showing your chance for all the caches for both HM and BRF.

You should be good to get the heroic BRF cache next time, but no one really knows the formula for sure (well, last I checked)

If you have mythic highmaul, you have heroic brf... master planer doesnt "know" what you need for brf, so it shows normal.
