choice between 2 trinkets

which is the best between Tectus HC trinket (670) and Skull of war 680?

Both are near identical with perks and cons.

Skull of War has a 20 second duration of a tiny bit more crit strike, ten seconds longer but with near twice the cooldown. For fights where you start with heroism, I'd go with Skull of War and for fights that have heroism near the end or middle I'd go with Tectus' Beating Heart, personally.

Other things that come to mind. If you go Avatar talent, I'd probably just stay with Skull of War regardless because that proc will be up if you Avatar right at its start for the entire duration. Mix Scabbard or whatever other trinket you have + Recklessness, that'd be pretty nice. Done theory drooling but the first part is where my judgement sits at.
