    Arms Execute Phase

I'm not sure I'm playing what should be a simple 1 button phase correctly.
-Do you ever use 10 rage executes?
-Do you only use 40 rage execute?
-How early on the colossus smash cooldown do you stop pressing buttons to pool 120 rage for CS executes?
-Do you even pool rage for cs executes or do you literally just spam execute and press colossus on CD and spam more execute
    Any other tips?

Q1 - Yes use 10 rage executes when you are waiting for CS
Q2 - Yes these are the only executes to be used during your CS
    Q3 - I believe it is 8 seconds
Q4 - Pool Rage starting at 8 seconds left on the CS CD (Times could be wrong , but it is in the range of 6-10 seconds)

It is impossible to 'spam 10 rage executes'. Pool rage and just use 40 rage executes to keep from capping.

The general rule of thumb is to constantly sit on about 70-80 rage outside of Colossus Smash, so you just refresh rend and keep yourself from capping rage like bladexcrasher said. Every point of rage is worth x amount of damage, and that damage gets magnified significantly inside of Colossus Smash and other procs so this is where you need to dump as much of it as possible which after you cool down for abit and wait for the next proc.

Arms sub20 is very much a waiting game and it's rather hard to mess up, but the difference in how well you performed from pull to pull can be astronomical so don't freak out when you do awesome damage one pull and struggle to stay above tanks the next even tho you basically did everything the same way. Just open up your damage meter and analyze how lucky/unlucky you got on Executes.

damage per rage is the same at 10 rage or 40 rage. you can probably spam executes until about 10 seconds your CS CD is up. then sit on about 80 rage until CS. arms is all about popping your cds and potion for your CS execute window.

    This.

If you feel like you're doing fuck all outside of CS, you're playing arms in execute phase correctly =|.

Your execute phase is also RNG as fuck. You can get a shit ton of auto attack crits and have amazing rage, or be stuggling to get 90+ for CS. Execute itself is RNG too, if you for example can crit for 400k the multistrike would be 120k. So for example, lets say you press CS and smash out some executes and all of those executes crit and multistrike. You will have done 1.6milion damage, plus 480k in multistrikes. Now, lets say none of them crit and none of them multistruck. You will have done 800k damage.

This is one of the reasons people dislike arms.

Still though, it is a glorious sight when you mash out 4 crit executes in CS with all of your cooldowns up on a cleave boss. Expect at least a 10k dps increase instantly
