[Music] If you could see any ONE song live, what would it be?

Hey all! I got bored so thought it would be fun to make this thread

For me, this one is really tough. Most of the songs I would pick are by dream theater, simply because of how technically proficient they are, but then I have also always wanted to see MCR perform live since I've listened to them for like 10 years... But considering they broke up, I would deff choose them (since this is a fantasy post anyway). The song I would want to see is Disenchanted because I have loved that song since the very first time I have heard it. I even listened to it for 12 hours straight one time while I was farming in burning crusade x.x Anyway, post what song you would want to see live, by any band or performer (even by ones who aren't together anymore or who are all dead) and give a reason why!






Hopefully I wouldn't be disenchanted by the performance :P

I don't get the selections of things people can see live this summer. Personally, I'd go for something you can't see anymore. Like Jimi Hendrix jamming Voodoo Chile(because it's 15 minutes of Jimi).

Savatage-When the Crowds Are Gone, with Zak Stevens on vocals. The original version with Jon Oliva on vocals is one of my all time favorite songs, but I've heard plenty of live versions with Jon on vocals. Even when Zak took over Savatage's lead vocals though, Jon always continued to sing that song when they did it live. I love Zak's vocals, and I'd really like to hear his take on that song.

Agreed. I'd love to see Nightwish live. Sadly, they didn't have any plans to tour the US anytime soon last time I checked.

As for a song...either Phantom of the Opera or Scaretale. I really love Nightwish and would have a difficult time picking just one song if you forced me into that situation. :|

Side note, I'll be seeing them with Sabaton in May, and can't wait. Sabaton put on a fucking AWESOME show(one of the times I saw them Floor's other band Revamp was one of the openers and she was incredible, even if Revamp's music wasn't totally my favorite style), and seeing them AND Nightwish? Hell yeah.

Check again. They're playing in Texas in May(with the awesomeness of Sabaton as openers), and I assume they're not making a special US trip just to play Fort Worth...
