Why Grizzly Hills of all places? Heirlooms are in a tab now and easy to keep up with, so I would pick servers that people actually know. (Kil'Jaeden, Darkspear, Bleeding Hollow, or even Emerald Dream if you want balanced Horde-Alliance populations). I only say this to help you gain numbers. People usually don't drop everything to go to some no name server.

Random server choice wanted a fresh start somewhere new and different i have a character on most of those its not fresh.

I played on one of the largest one-sided Alliance PvP servers since Wotlk and recently I leveled a Hunter on a smaller group of balanced PvP connected realms and I'm not looking back. Some people just want something different from time to time, playing on an extremely high pop one-sided server full of try hard trolls and toxic trash gets old after awhile.

Restarting on a new realm and or faction with a new character. Could be by yourself with a group of people or a new guild starting together.
