I'm a highly dedicated and active reader of several Shaman forums, I like theorycrafting, but feel like I still have a lot to learn.
Would love a bit of advice. You can look on any logs you want, but preferably look into these:

I cannot comment on your enhancement log, but in general it seems fine.
Your problem is really the gearing, i take it, this is down to luck, but your multistrike is really low for a person with your ilvl. You have a lot of mastery pieces.
I personally tend to run UF on pretty much every fight, except maidens, so if thats the reason you are specced PE on the armory then fine!

Your dps should go up by quite alot when you get the proper pieces of gear!
