Universal GPU Waterblocks + ram cooling mosfet cooling

Currently using a Radeon 6950 none reference card and having no luck at all finding a compatible water-block for it, so I am starting to look at the possibility of using a universal water-block. has anyone used one before ? how do they compare to full cover blocks. How is Ram and mosfet cooling handled ?

Ideally I would like to upgrade to a new reference GPU card and block, but at the moment in time don't have the £300 for an R9 card and waterblock combo.

I use these for my 7850 and 6850 graphic cards that I own. Works really well, but put some ram heatsinks and direct air flow over the card. And of course make sure there's a heatsink on the VRM. They do sell some very large VRM heatsinks you can buy.

It's from America Ebay but I'm sure you'll find similar ones on UK Ebay.

Only problem is it doesn't fit my current hose set up /sigh.

Its not so much the waterblock I am interested in, but how the passive cooling of the other components on the board, compared to stock compare.
