Other faction's garrison

What does the other faction's garrison look like? Is it even there, or is there a generic garrison that you can see? I would fly over to Frostfire and check it out but I thought I'd check here first if anyone had scoped it out yet.

There is nothing there last time i checked, its just the empty space with the Horde Banner on it and Khadgar+Thrall are standing there for the alliance visiting the horde garrison.

It's just an empty area from what I remember. Went to SMV once when my husband was in his garrison on his alliance alt. Everybody in their garrison was phased, so nobody could interact with me
