What class/spec/role to get into CMs?

I have toons I want to do CMs with and get them out of the way, although none of my friends atm want to do them due to the taxing stress that progression comes with.

The toons I have right now that I want to do them on can't get into PuGs because I have no gold experience.

So I thought about leveling a toon that could easily get into CMs without exp. Do you guys have any advice or input on what class/spec should I level and learn so that I could PuG or find a group for CMs and get the exp so that I could get into other groups easier on the toons I want?

Easy classes/specs to get in are Hunters, Warlocks, Arms Warriors, Blood DK, Resto Druid, Ele Shaman and Frost mages.

An alternative suggestion is to not pug (because we all know how much of them turns out) and instead attempt finding like-minded people i.e no/some exp but want to give their best effort to earn the just rewards. From what I see in the group finder any groups that mention gold/silver will demand exp.

Specs that generally do well in CM's:

Blood dk,
mage (frost on trash, arcane on bosses), destro lock, hunters, ele shaman
resto druid, disc priest
