Just lost 3% block chance

I believe I just lost 3% block chance with this release. Last night I replaced 2 items, for a net loss of ~20 mastery.

Anyone have an idea where this might have gone? Nothing in the patch notes.

Were you raid or otherwise buffed when you last checked your stats?
