Looking for a little BM help if possible!

Hey all! As the title says, I'm looking for a little bit of help as a BM hunter. I feel like I may be under performing, but not entirely sure what else I can do to push out that little bit of extra dps. Any and all help/criticism is GREATLY appreciated!

There are only a few kills from tonight so no real ST display and I went SV for Hans because having my pet chase around those 2 is just silly.

Your dps is fine for the lack of trinkets, and you are hitting 28k which is the recommended simdps for your ilvl

Yeah I have to agree your dps is fine for your ilvl. Trinkets are huge for BM. Once you get more mastery you should notice a big increase in damage.

Big increase..? Mastery is not even the best single-target stat, and even then difference between 1st and last stat is 0.08 points. And for the recommended stat weights, the difference between 1st and last is 0.07.

Biggest increase to OP would be getting 690 Legendary ring(one that has proc) and another trinket(either Coin if you got moneyz or BHoM from Kromog).

When it comes to improving yourself, there are two big things to work on within your realm of control. Your play style and rotation, and Gear that does not come from drops. One of the biggest things he is lacking is the upgraded legendary ring. The OP should stop stop slacking and work on his ring. I've been busting everyone's chops in the x-realm raid I'm in. I have one alt with the 640 leg. ring without ever stepping in a dungeon on dinging 100, and another alt that got the 680 within a couple days easily. It only requires doing heroics and a quest chain. The sooner he unlocks the pre-req to upgrade to 690, the sooner he will finish it and can start working towards the 715.

As is right now, some of your gear is rather lousy at 630/640, but getting those slots replaced is all gonna be dependent on your blessings from RNG. If you can afford it, you should be using any crafted for any slots you lack gear, or do not have an optimal option. Example, I have a 680 Helm, Bracer, Belt, Pants, and Gun. I obviously couldn't use it all at the same time but I was freely swapping pieces around until I could find "better". Of your current gear, I would swap out the neck/ring for better jewelry from drops and then put on some better pants.
