Is the guildie a raider? If not go for it and tell them.
If yes, are they in the top 10% of their class? If not go for it, you can replace them.
If yes, get some Ben and Jerry's, and stuff your feelings in a hole inside yourself, and don't risk effing your guildies by running off a good guildmate., if it don't work.
