Am I doing fire wrong??

So latley I feel I've been underperforming for what I should be putting out on boss fights.

I know my gear is fine (687) I don't have 4p tier (2p)and know it's benefits but I think my lack of performance is due to my rotation. On hanz and franz last night my opener went like this.

Pre pot/ cast pryo 3 secs before pull so it lands on pull,
Pryo crit so I have a heating up but I've already cast fb, right before fb hit I IB so now I'm sitting on a Pyro! And heating up.
I use my instant pyro which chains another pyro! And heating up, I use it again but now it only procs heating up so I hit IB for and insta cast pyro which procs heating up insta pyro then combust.

So basically it goes: pyro, fb/ib, pryo!, pyro!, IB/pyro!, IB/pyro! Combust.

Hopefully that makes sense. My top combustion tick was 21.3k which feels pretty damn low. Am I screwing up something that's canceling procs for me or am I just not getting enough procs for that high combustion?

u are not stacking your ignites with 2p t17. I think that is nearly the highest combustion u can get, U will not get anymore higher if u are not using ur 2piece properly.

u are meant to build up a big ignite and then quickly cast 2x inferno blast in a row to stack it, then switch target n do a super combustion

Fireball until P! and HU are up, then cast fireball and pyro pyro pyro (should be 3 pyros), then 2x IB, target the other boss, combust, spread that and cruise to #1.
