Not Terrible is a weekend raiding guild. We raid Friday and Saturday from 9p-12am (CST) Server Time and on Sunday from 8p-11p (CST) Server Time. Looking for a couple more dedicated raiders to join our roster. Come join in the fun.

We solely focus on Mythic progression. Heroic pug runs are ran throughout the week for those who can make it IF they still need loot. We usually 2-shot M Darmac then move on to Gruul. After only 2 raid nights on M Gruul we got him to 2%. We are interested in a DPS with a TANK off-spec. We use the 3 tank strat on M Gruul for now. Oregorger & Hanz/Franz will be our next victims.

GUILD PHILOSOPHY FOR BRF AND BEYOND

Everyone is equal. We do not have an officer chat. There is no talking behind one another's backs. Everything is out in the open and on the table for all to be aware of. This way everyone is in sync and on the same page and communication is much more effective. We encourage members to bring strategies to the table. Even if it is something minimal to help the raid improve we encourage actions as such. We are open to all insights and will consider them. This does not mean we will constantly change a strategy on a specific fight because that tends to cause regression. We quickly find a strategy that is clearly the best route to go and execute it and overcome the fight at hand.

The current plan for BRF is to trial a variety of positions with 20-25 man heroic rosters over the next few weeks, taking the best viable comp to mythic each individual fight. If there are players who don't make the active 24 man mythic roster (RealLife happens not every1 can always show up), do not take it personally. We take the best viable comp we have available for each fight, we rotate players in and out. If someone is under-performing they can feel free to stay in the guild and develop their skills or gear up via heroic and you may move up into mythic if improvement is made. If you wish to seek something elsewhere, no hard feelings there either. We aren't hardcore but we are interested in building the strongest roster possible as we move forward. Don't let this discourage you from applying! Gearscore and recount is not everything, we record logs and review them after every raid as a guild, we do everything over the table discussion. From mechanic fails to loot, we do it all as a guild, everyone has an opinion and we want to hear them all, if you died to fire, we want to hear your explanation rather than saying, this guy died to fire, he's terrible, maybe you were running in to lay on hands a tank, these are things we WANT to hear. We want to know your reasoning and thought process in these fights. We would much rather gear up an ilvl 660 boomkin who has flawless mechanics, knows his class or has a drive to improve than a 675 boomkin who is wearing a cloth belt and thinks he's the best but spends half of the fights on his back. Obviously numbers are important, but sometimes it is just getting the right person a little gear.

*Currently we are interested in taking a look at ALL DPS- pref tank off-spec, not req'd. Currently looking for a Holy Pally and MW Monk. DPS offspec is a plus. However, all applications will be taken into full consideration.
