Obnoxious Draenor Wolf Sounds

Every 10 seconds, the Draenor Wolf makes a random snarl noise. Even if you uncheck the "Enable Pet Sounds" in the interface options, the growling continues and it's very irritating. If anyone has noticed this and has information on how to mute it, I'd be very grateful if you explained. Thanks.

I've noticed it also, and the draenor boars do it also.... thought the wolves bother me less than the boars noises

My policy for anything like this is to replace the sound file with silence (hello, worgen sniffle), or with something I hate less (old gun sound to portal gun sound).

It's not super-hard to find a simple tutorial on doing this if you google for it. I mostly just grabbed the "silence all the annoying sounds" addon from curse and then extracted the files I cared about, though.
