The details: Tuesday/Wednesday 6:30pm-10:30pm PST on Hyjal US (PVE). 4/10 Mythic
-We are looking for a new co-tank and 1-2 damage dealers, all classes considered (but special emphasis on mage/lock/ele shaman). Progression nights are Tues/Weds, but we often run Drunk Friday Night alts runs, Heroic clears on Saturday and other optional raids.
The background: Former "hard core" raiders looking to keep pushing the highest level content on a schedule that recognizes we have jobs, kids, social lives and other time commitments. We try to get things done on our limited 8 hour a week schedule while having a good time doing it. The core of the group has been together since WOTLK and beyond.
The expectations: We don't need or want any drama queens, loot whiners, flakes or thin skinned cry babies. We strive for a chill raid environment where people take responsibilities for their mistakes and do everything they can to push their character on boss fights. Multi-Spec Viability
While you may have a primary role (healers, dps, tank), there may come times when we need more flexibility to progress on a specific boss.
Raid Preparedness
Always be well stocked on flasks, food, and potions. Review boss fights beforehand and have a general understanding of fight mechanics before our first pull.
Garrison Management
If you are someone who doesn’t have a lot of time to play WoW outside of raids, those few minutes a day will really help you stay on top of crafting materials and epic caches.
Character Optimization
Always be equipped with the best enchants and gems for your gear and spec.
Combat Logs
Be proactive in performing post-raid self-assessments via parse digging on Warcaft logs.

If the majority of the raid still needs Heroic then we will do Normal at 5 PM and if they do not we will replace Normal with Heroic.
Challenge Modes Needs:

Hey! I'm the raid leader of Blue Method [H] on Stormreaver. We're currently 10/10H (2/7M) and going to push into Mythic.
We raid 2 nights a week, with an optional day for farm content. Progression is done from 7:00 PM-11:00 PM CST on Sundays and Mondays. Our optional night is on Tuesdays from 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM. Our focus is progression and we expect all players to play to the best of their abilities, especially since we only raid 2 nights a week, but we have a blast while pushing for that next kill.

<Tranquility> is an Alliance raiding guild on The Venture Co server (now connected with Maelstrom and Lightninghoof). The guild has been together since 2011. We are looking for more people to progress through Mythic BRF now and in Hellfire Citadel once 6.2 hits.

• Have a good understanding of how their class works in a raid environment.

• At least 680ilvl - with the ilvl boost now, this shouldn't be too difficult.
