Dont'; get an M.2 SSD and a normal one, unless you're using one as a scratch disk for rendering work.

Why 2 SSD's? Is one for OS, and one strictly for specific things? And then the HDD is for other games/programs?

Isnt there an issue booting off of M.2's right now, for some chipsets/motherboards? That might be another reason. I remember someone saying that booting off of PCIe based storage was a huge snafu.

I think the booting off M.2/PCI-E issue is due to bios not being properly updated to do that. Think you just have to wait for MoBo manufacturers to get it all up worked out.

Two most important things that define the build you need. What is the pc going to be used for? Gaming, programming, video editing? and obviously whats your budget.

The M2 is for the OS and the other ssd is for games and Vidz +editing... The HDD is for old Vidz and old gamez that i play once in a year.

Then, dependent on the games you play regularly, I would consider instead getting two quality 240-256GB SSDs instead of the 128GB M.2 and a 500GB SATA SSD, like this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i7-5930K 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor (€606.89 @ Home of Hardware DE)
CPU Cooler: Thermaltake Water 3.0 Performer 99.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler (€85.30 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Motherboard: Asus X99-A ATX LGA2011-3 Motherboard (€242.90 @ Amazon Deutschland)
    Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR4-2133 Memory (€240.00 @ Amazon Deutschland)
    Storage: Crucial BX100 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive (€96.74 @ Amazon Deutschland)

    Storage: Hitachi Ultrastar 7K3000 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (€71.95 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 980 4GB WINDFORCE 3X Video Card (€593.99 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Case: Corsair Air 540 ATX Mid Tower Case (€162.27 @ Amazon Deutschland)
Power Supply: Super Flower Leadex Gold 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply (€114.90 @ Caseking)
    Total: €2326.83

EDIT: the BX would be your primary OS drive, and the MX would be your scratch disk.

I don't get why some ppl reckon the i7 5930k, its a waste of money. Its 200euro more expensive than the 5820k. The difference is very little, 3.3 vs 3.5Ghz and at turbo even less 3.7 vs 3.6Ghz. Is that worth 200euro? Definately not. And in case anyone brings it up, unless you go 3 or 4 way sli then the extra lanes of 5930k give nothing. Who does 3-4 way sli atm anyway, 2 way at best and that is fine with 5820k.

Moded tenangrychickens' list above with some different options other than the cpu:
