Clothes more than their body image.
For instance if I see someone wearing a baseball cap with a sticker on it, or some kind of Ed Hardy type shirt I am thinking they're an arsehole.

Sadly at first yes. It is the only thing to go off of in making any decision and especially if one needs to be made quickly.
However, I'm happy to change that initial decision should further interactions change that original view.
Truthfully yes.
Sometimes for the wrong reasons, and incorrectly, not nearly as often as when I was younger, so at least I am getting better at it, which is a BAD THING!

Yes, but it is not the only judgeable factor. Attitude, actions, the way they look at things... It's a heavy game of corporeal language.
I thought I didn't.

Group of black people? Gang.

Group with mixed people? Multi-cultural gang.
Your you're own enemy.
Everyone does. You make snap judgments the first time you meet anyone. The only thing that matters is how you treat people.
Yes, that's part of what we are. Anyone that says they don't, is a damn dirty liar. I always move past that judgement as I get to know folks. Or I try too.
Judge, no. It might impact my initial impression of them and how likely I am to want to get to know them.
I have assumed personality traits based on looks before and have been wrong. That's why I take my time to discover someone before judging.
Sometimes when I'm bored while riding the bus I give other passengers names (in my head, ofc) based on what first catches my attention when I look at them, does that count?
Obviously, if someone looks better to me, they might get a nicer name.

Pure looks, not clothes... no. Clothes with tats/piercings/accessories.. sadly, yes. (well, more the clothing, much, much less the others listed).
Depends on if they smell or are wearing run down clothing.
That's about it.

I judge people based on their "choices."
Looks most of the time don't matter to me.
Usually by appearance, but i'd much rather an unattractive person than someone who looks nice and stinks to high hell. Having worked in retail for a long while now, i fucking hate stinky people, BO, cigarette smells, REALLY funky weird ass breath or something, and other god forsaken odours that should be smited into next year.
I do have a preconception of people who look nice, I am more comfortable around (I don't know why), perhaps its because some of the more unfortunate appearanced seem to practise the dark arts (cue mug shots!)
The halo effect would like to agree with you.
