Probably true, when my guild kinda packed up in MOP I just pugged for about 4 months. Didn't need to find another guild as found that once you have the gear level and experience it was pretty easy to get into a group. It wasn't all good but then I wasn't that bothered as I could just find another group.
Well, that might be a bit biased impression of yours. We've got a harder time recruiting players as well. But for almost-clear Mythic BRF. Those people don't substitute via PuGs I guess.
