<Exodus> (9/10H 10/10N) is a Normal/Heroic raiding guild and is looking for additional raiders to join our ranks to continue on Blackrock Foundry as well as be ready for Hellfire Citadel. We promote a healthy game/life balance and encourage a positive raid environment. We always make sure to have fun while raiding but still take progression seriously. We consider everyone in Exodus a member of our WoW Family and expect that the same respect is given for others in our community and raid team. Full and Part time raiders welcome.

We encourage our raiders to have viable offspecs which has allowed us to have a lot of flexibility in recruiting. Even if you don't fit into one of our top needs, don't hesistate to contact me! We have 15-20 raiders on average and intent to grow back up to our 25-30 average. This helps us always have a good amount of people for when life calls you away from the game as well as hosts a healthy competition in our guild as we progress.

General Need:
DPS (Lots of room for you to join us putting bosses in their place!)
Experienced Tank OS (For nights when life aggro's a tank(s) to take a night off)
Experienced Heal OS (For nights when life causes a healer(s) to go OOM and take a night off)

Specific Needs:
DPS: Warlock, Elemental Shaman, Windwalker Monk, Balance Druid, Feral Druid, Ret Paladin
Tank Offspecs (with DPS Main Spec): Blood DK, Brewmaster Monk, Protection Paladin
Heal Offspecs (possibility for Main Spec as we grow): Holy Paladin, Resto Druid, Mistweaver Monk
(NOTE: All experienced players despite class are encourage to apply and will be considered)

Raid times are as follows:
Wednesday 8:30-11:30pm EST
Thursday 8:30-11:30pm EST
Monday 8:30-11:30pm EST
(Our focus on flex content allows nights off for life/wow balance)

About Us:
Exodus was formed shortly after Mists of Pandaria release. Our intent was to focus on raid content but with respect for players' personal lives. Although progression was our primary goal as a team, we believed that having a well balanced schedule and a positive encouraging raid environment are of the utmost importance. As our raid team continued to build upon our success throughout Throne of Thunder and Siege of Orgrimmar that environment transformed into something much different. Relationships changed and our commitment to promoting a positive and encouraging raid environment was sacrificed for a new determination and drive to be number one raid guild on the server. Although it is incredibly satisfying to be in such a position, it has a tendency to put friends and family on the "outside looking in". The core of <Exodus> splintered off into many different guilds on several different servers.

Long story short, some of these core <Exodus> members have returned. As a reconstructed family and raid guild, we have returned to right the ship with one goal in mind... Never let it slip away from us again. We have been overly satisfied with our progress thus far through Draenor. We have seen our guild keep up with a top 20 rank and look to capitalize on that success going into Blackrock Foundry.
